Article1 of the covenant is about the right of self-determination and it can be comprehended as political rights. Article2 to 5 and article 26 are about to give all persons equal and effective protection in member countries, it can also be regard as political rights. Article 12 is about the freedom of migration; Article 13 is about protection alien residents, both of them also can be looked on as political rights. Article 18,19and 20 are about thought, conscience, religion and the right to hold opinions without interference, which can be treated as political rights. Article 21 and 22 are about the freedom of assembly and association, and they are apparently belonging to political rights. Article 25 is about rights to vote election, and they are obviously political rights. Article 27 is about religion, cultural and language rights and they can be regarded as political rights.

　　Article 6 is about limiting the death penalty, abolishing capital punishment and making sure the inherent right to life. It can be regard as Bodily Rights. Article 7,8 is against people’s excruciation, prohibiting slavery and force to work. They also protect human being’s body life, which can be regarded as bodily rights. Article9, 10,11,16 are about personal dignity, they are Bodily Rights. Articles 14,15 are about criminal fair justice, can be regard as right of litigation as well as Bodily Rights. Article 17 is about the safe of family, home and correspondence, have close relationship with body safety. Article 23 is about the right of marriage and family, can be regarded as body rights. Article 24 is about birth register; it is the most essential right of bodily right and political Rights.

　　Obviously, the rights except political rights regulated by the Covenant are all about the rights about person’s liberty and security. So, we should rename International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights as International Covenant on Bodily and Political Rights, which would be more reasonable.
