On the Several Problems of Concurrent Punishment for Several Crimes

Abstract:There are some problems need defined in the system of concurrent punishment for several crimes in chinese criminal law. “Not less than” and “not more than” in the article 69 should not include the given figure,however ,the coordinating between which and the article 99 is a problem.Different kinds of fixed-term imprisonment should be fulfilled one by one in combined punishment.The merger of several same supplementary punishments should apply absorbable principle ,concurrent principle and the principle of restrictive aggration according to their traits.
