42. Par in parem imperium non habet
英译：Dominion cannot exist between equals.
汉译：平等者之间不存在支配权。
引申意：一个主权国家不得干涉另一个主权国家的内政。
43. Par in parem non habit jurisdictionem
英译：There is no jurisdiction between equals.
汉译：平等者之间不存在司法管辖权。
引伸意：一个主权国家不得对另一个主权国家行使司法管辖权
44. Ad quaestionem juris respondeant judices, ad quaestionem facti
respondeant juratores
英译：Let the judges respond to the questions of law, and the jurors to the matter of the fact.
汉译：让法官来回答法律问题，而把事实问题留给陪审员去裁断。
45. Consuetudo pro lege servatur
英译：Custom can be applied as law.
汉译：习惯可被适用为法律。
46. Expressio unius exclusio alterius
英译：The expression of one meaning necessitates the exclusion of others.
汉译：表达一种意思意味着排除其他意思。
47. Stare decisis et non quieta movere
英译：Stand by the decided and do not disturb the calm.
汉译：坚持已经做出的决策，且勿打破安宁。
48. Actio personalis moritur cum persona
英译：A personal right of action dies with the person.
汉译：一项基于人身的诉权随着权利人的死亡而消失。
49. Cuius est solum eius est usque ad coelum et usque ad inferos
英译：Whoever owns the land owns the property all the way to heaven
and all the way to the center of the earth.
汉译：土地的所有权人拥有该片土地上至天空下至地心的所有权益。（所有权绝对主义的经典表述）
50. nemo invitus ad communionem compellitur
英译：No one can be forced to have common property with another.
汉译：不可强迫某人与他人共享某物。
引申义：共有所有权需以每一共有人的自愿为基础。
