Shi Yaxi will do the best to provide legal service for clients. As to construction projects, the legal service contains:
>> Analyzing legal feasibility for project
>> Assisting bid invitation or bidding activities.
>> Assisting removing obstacles emerging in the process of project.
>> Providing legal position papers.
>> Drafting and reviewing contracts.
>> Participating in the negotiation and management of contracts.
>> Assisting examining quality materials for the acceptance of partial projects, assisting resolving the disputes caused by quality and security.
>> Assisting controlling investment or cost, assisting resolving the disputes caused by investment or cost.
>> Participating in inspection for acceptance upon project’s completion,
>> Acting as an agent for hearing of witnesses.
>> Bearing legal testimony.
>> Other legal services. Or
>> Functioning as a member of DAB in FIDIC’s conditions or carrying out the same obligation.
The service is aimed at avoiding litigation and trying to win litigation if it is inevitable.
The service fee for construction project is 0.5%-1.5% of the investment or cost. Provided litigation occurring, the fee will be calculated according to the standards of Dongrong Law Firm, but special preferences will be given.
The clients may entrust one of the services stated above, and the fee is 0.3%-0.5% of the targeted matter.
The clients also may respectively entrust the prospecting, designing, building, supervision and the purchase of key equipment and materials for the construction project, and the fee will be calculated on the bases stated above.
