6 违反保证
万一发生有关货物，贸易，船位，拖带，救助服务或开航日期违反保证的情形，假如在得知该等情况后立即通知了保险人，且双方同意保险人要求的承保条件的任何修改和任何附加的保险费，本保险继续有效。
7 ASSIGNMENT
No assignment of or interest in this insurance or in any moneys which may be or become payable thereunder is to be binding on or recognized by the Underwriters unless a dated notice of such assignment or interest signed by the Assured, and by the assignor in case of subsequent assignment, is endorsed on the Policy and the Policy with such endorsement is produced before payment of any claim or return of premium thereunder.
7 转让
本保险利益或依本保险得付或应付款项的转让，除非经被保险人，和在后续转让时经受让人，签署载有日期的此种转让通知批注在保险单上，并在支付赔偿或退还保险费前，将如此批注的保险单提交给保险人，不约束保险人，或为保险人承认。
8 DUTY OF ASSURED
It is a condition of this insurance that the Assured and their servants and agents take such measures as may be reasonable for the purpose of averting or minimising a loss which would be recoverable under this insurance.
8 被保险人的义务
被保险人和其雇员及其代理人采取合理措施，旨在避免或减少根据本保险应予赔偿的损失是本保险的一项条件。
9 RETUTNS FOR CANCELLATION
To return pro rata monthly net for each uncommenced month if this insurance be cancelled either by agreement or by the operation of Clause 5 provided that a total loss of the Vessel, whether by insured perils or otherwise, has not occurred during the period of this insurance or any extension thereof.
9 解约时的退费
如果经协议或因第5条规定的假如船舶无论是因承保危险或其他原因导致全损，本保险被解除每一未开始的月份的净保险费按月比例退还。
10 WAR, STRIKES, MALICIOUS ACTS AND NUCLEAR RISKS PARAMOUNT EXCLUSION
In no case shall this insurance cover liability cost or expense arising as a result of the operation of one or more of the following perils:
