1.3.11 共同海损、施救费用、救助及/或碰撞责任、因约定价值及/或在有关船舶不足额保险而不能获得赔偿的任何范围内。

1.4 PROVIDED ALWAYS THAT
1.4 还应符合下列条件：
1.4.1 prompt notice must be given to the Underwriters of every casualty event or claim upon the Assured which may give rise to a claim hereunder and of every event or matter which may cause the Assured to incur liability costs or expenses for which he may be insured hereunder.
1.4.2 the Assured shall not admit liability for or settle any claim for which he may be insured hereunder without the prior written consent of the Underwriters.
1.4.1每一事故、事件或对于可能导致依下述条款索赔的对被保险人提出的索赔，及引起被保险人发生责任，费用或开支且被保险人可依据本保险承保的每一事件或情况，均必须迅速通知保险人。
1.4.2 未经保险人事先书面同意，被保险人不得承认依本保险受承保的责任或解决任何索赔.
2 LIMITS
2.1 Where the Assured or the Underwriters may or could have limited their liability the indemnity under this insurance in respect of such liability shall not exceed Underwriters’ proportionate part of the amount of such limitation.
2 限制
2.1 若被保险人或保险人可以或本应已限制他们的责任，根据本保险对有关此种责任的补偿，不超过保险人对此种限制按比例分摊的金额。
2.2 In no case shall the Underwriters’ liability under this insurance exceed their proportionate part of the amount insured hereunder in respect of each separate accident or occurrence or series of accidents arising out of the same event.
2.2 在任何情况下，保险人根据本保险的责任，不超过有关就同一事件引起的每一独立的事故或事件或一系列事故，按比例分摊的保险金额。
3 DEDUCTIBLE
3.1 Notwithstanding the provisions of Clause 1 no claim shall be payable under this insurance unless such claim, or the aggregate of all such claims arising out of each separate accident or occurrence, exceeds in which case this sum shall be deducted.
